Registration Options for the AMMM Week 2025
Conference Portal: Tickets and Certificates
You can book tickets and download certificates of attendance via your personal account in the conference portal.

If you have already created an AMMM account, you can log in here.
Please note that a separate account is required for each participant, as the name badges and certificates are also managed via this account. If possible, please book the conference ticket via the account of the person who will be attending the conference.
Author registration
Each accepted contribution should have its own conference registration. For integration into the conference program, one registration per submission is required by April 28, 2025.
Special registration conditions apply to authors, which can be found under Submission.

Participation fees
There is a fee for participation in the congress. The fees are to be paid in advance.
Any bank charges will be borne by the party liable to pay.
Cancellation of conference participation
In case of cancellation of participation in the congress until April 30, 2025, the participation fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 70 €. In case of cancellation from May 1, 2025 no refund is possible. A substitute participant can be named. Cancellation must be made in writing.
Program changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the program at short notice. For cancelled lectures or changes in the program no proportional refund of participation fees will be made.
Liability
The organizer is liable within the scope of due diligence according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Its liability - regardless of the legal grounds - is limited to cases of gross negligence and intentional misconduct. However, this does not affect the liability of the congress organizer and persons or organizations providing passenger transportation or other services. Verbal agreements are considered null and void if they are not confirmed in writing by the organizer.
Place of performance, place of jurisdiction
Place of performance is Lübeck, place of jurisdiction for all parties is Lübeck. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
